On the 9th August’07 was the launch of the VHAI PAT &APPLE PROJECT at VHAI Delhi that was attended by the members from the Union and WHO. The representatives of the BGI funded states and the concerned staffs were also available. The launch was an event to develop training/capacity-building modules for the state partners helping them understand the various strategies and processes involved while addressing the issue of tobacco control.
