A state level advocacy meeting was held at one leading Public schools in Srinagar on March 27th 2010. The programme was inaugurated by the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir who appealed to people and youth specifically to avoid such harmful addictions.


The programme saw a wide turn out of prominent personalities and of the media. The event was well covered in the local media. Karabi Majumdar from VHAI was the main resource person for the programme.
